The New Zealand Competition regulator has approved the proposed sale of  New Zealands largest fruit juice producer Baker Halls to Coca-Cola Amatil.(CCA)

Coca-Cola have agreed to purchase the Baker Halls brands as well as the hot-filling lines from parent Company Old Fashioned Foods.

This move gives CCA a firm foothold in the New Zealand cordial market as well as an exteded entry into their non-carbonate ranges.
