Atlanta: Account Manager

We are a young, dynamic wine distribution company whose equal focus on quality and value puts our portfolio and this company in position to make significant gains in its market position. We are looking for an account manager to help capitalize on that potential. This individual should be a self-starter with a positive attitude, very organized with good time management and adept at the cold call process. Additionally, the desire to contribute heavily in building a great small business will go a long way in determining the success of this position.

• Aggressively growing sales by adding new accounts (retail and restaurant) and increasing revenue from current accounts
• Maintaining high customer service standards and continually developing customer relationships
• Monitoring and improving the merchandising of products in stores
• Coordinating and conducting events such as tastings, wine dinners, and supplier ride-withs occurring occasionally on nights/weekends
• Potentially traveling (not more than 25%) to other markets in Georgia such as Augusta, Savannah, and Macon to manage accounts
• Tracking sales effort progress and reporting back on status
• Enthusiastically contributing to the decision processes that shape the future of the company.
