There is a need for two Helpline Call Specialist to maximize the value of HR Services and Operations by conducting research and resolution on complex program and policy inquiries, providing tactical project support for HR activities and services, and eliminating personnel issues for former and active Coca-Cola associates, HR Generalists, and People Managers.

The Helpline Specialist responds to vendor and external requests on behalf of The Coca-Cola Company and Human Resources division by answering questions related to Benefit Programs, Payroll Services, and Retirement Plans, general HR related issues as well as Company Policies and Procedures.

Work is performed in a call center environment and inquiries are received via phone, email, and fax and in writing from employees, managers, HR professionals, vendor/supplier, supervisors, etc.
