Persimmon Creek Vineyards is a boutique winery in the North Georgia mountains producing approximately 2000 cases. Production includes Cab. franc, merlot, seyval blanc, riesling and late harvest reisling exclusively from 21 acres of vines on the property.
Responsibilites will include complete vineyard management and all winemaking. A minimum of three years practical work experience and a formal enology degree is expected.
