California: Associate Brand Manager

the Associate Brand Manager will assist in the development and coordination of marketing and merchandising programs. Duties include but are not limited to:
•Prepare and execute seasonal and recurring promotional campaigns, including point of sale materials, sales support, allocations and evaluation. Manage print production and custom collateral.
•Interface with the Marketing administration and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
•Website management: develop and maintain brand sites.
•Manage approved budget, code and track all vendor invoices.
•Provide brand performance and competitive analysis reports (Nielsen, AMS).
•Oversee the tracking & distribution of project schedules and master database updates.
•Assist in writing copy for all branded materials.
•Provide assistance in the management of brand advertising campaigns.
•Interact with internal departments (i.e. Sales, Hospitality and IT) and outside agencies to ensure brand standards are communicated.
•Assist in the collaboration and coordination of direct mail programs.
