France: Sports Marketing Project Manager

Assessment, selection and negotiation based on brand & sport strategies
– Assets management / activation : Football (national team, L1 clubs, World Cup, EURO…), Olympics, Locations (Stade de France, L1 stadiums )
– Contract management (mini 10 contracts):

1. Internal process (senior management, finance, legal… involvement)
2. Squeeze the asset in terms of value
3. Optimize brand/product visibility
4. Communicate clear Activation / Brand graphic guidelines

2. Contribute to the sport assets integration into Corporate Strategy (Fondation du sport, Coca-Cola Sport Sessions, Handisport)

3.Intern management
• Bring feedback, ensure autonomy, priorities, monthly reports, development
• Manage external resources: agencies
• Ensure alignment with department and team priorities

1.Provide communication solutions to deliver superior brand plans, volume and profit objectives integrating sports asset

a. Marketing Asset Management – Acquisition
– Ensure right and aligned process with brands, departments and CCE in sports marketing assets
– Assist the Sports Marketing Assets Manager in preparing and analyzing key negotiations with major right holders (French Football Federation, Stade de France, etc….) to offer the Coca-Cola system the most relevant tools at the best price

b. Activation
– Provide leadership and expertise to the System in facilitating activation of sports properties to build brand equity, increase profitable volume and maximize return on investment at the local level
– Participate to the definition of relevant strategies and action plans leveraging sports assets
– Coordinate all programs linked to football assets (grassroots program in amateur football clubs ; Powerade plan in League1 stadiums ; French football team asset management and especially consumer activations on matches ; integration of local assets in global plans linked to international events such as World Cup 2010.
