UK: Branch Manager

To build shareholder value by profitably driving the strategy and business performance of the (sub-) brand, delivering defined, insight-led activities to enhance brand equity and contributing to corporate goals and objectives
Main Responsibilities:
  • To strategically develop the (sub-) brand, delivering profitable business growth through insight-led strategy, equity development and commercial management
  • To work with the Senior Brand Manager in developing, agreeing and broadly cascading the strategic and annual operating plans for the (sub-) brand, to deliver the annual budget
  • To lead the development of NPD, pack & price initiatives and the SKU mix in delivering value growth and optimising the brand P&L
  • To work with the Senior Brand Manager and Market Activation team in implementing consumer-facing programmes in conjunction with external agency partners
  • To manage brand A&P expenditure to maximise value and ROI for the organisation and its shareholders
  • To lead cross-functional teams (commercial & operational), providing vision and direction to ensure the effective delivery of agreed brand activities and programmes
  • To monitor and analyse market, brand and competitor performance/activity and proactively recommend changes to the annual plan
