The Senior Scientist, Emulsion and Ingredient Delivery will need to posses experience in Food and Beverage, cosmetic or related industry. Ideal candidate will need to have experience with various aspects of surfactant use/emulsification principles and procedures and controlled/targeted ingredient delivery including encapsulation technologies.
