- Plans & manages own projects and priorities according to the product category/ Geography priorities.
- Work with the category/manager and marketing to define a product portfolio strategy
- Accountable for the project delivery (Quality, timing & cost)
- Ability to realize in depth analysis to resolve complex technical challenge
- Good understanding of sensory & consumer test methods.
- Has a depth understanding of the system dynamics
- Identify, suggest & implement improvement in the area of responsibility.
- Identify, suggest operating process improvement.
