Position Summary: Grape Maturity Samplers will be responsible for berry and cluster sampling for both estate and grower vineyards throughout Napa Valley.

Essential Functions:
• Sample processing and recordkeeping.
• Tank/barrel sampling, laboratory analysis, and nutrient additions.
• Perform and evaluate wine chemical analysis.
• Wet chemistry.
• Build and maintain tracking spreadsheets.
• Collaborate in conjunction with the winemaking team to prepare nutrient additions.
