To co-ordinate the installation, training, sales communication and on-going merchandising support for the SubZero (SZ) draught initiative and the Molson quality program.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the local co-ordination of licensee installations of SZ

2. Conduct staff training in all SZ accounts

3. Co-ordinate SZ promotions with local field sales

4. Troubleshoot technical issues with SZ customers

5. Merchandise accounts and conduct staff incentive programs

6. Lead role out of Molson on premise quality initiative and certification program.
