Canada: Sales Representative

Establish ‘Customer Preferred Supplier’ status within assigned accounts. Achieve volume objectives in assigned accounts/territory through the understanding of market dynamics and the accessibility of Molson products (brand alignment) and programs.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Develop annual customer plan: volume and brand targets; account/brand investment; business and promotional agreements

1. Analyze account/brand volume performance – monthly sales/business review

2. Complete and update customer profile for each account

3. Execute with excellence identified brand programs through annual customer plans.

4. Manage and administer budget resources to ensure spend is within assigned parameters – budget tracking.

5. Work-with Field Marketing to build programs and ‘plus-out’ plans.

6. Ensure merchandising activities are performed in accordance with the brand and market needs.

7. Ensure product quality in assigned accounts – out of code product, torn packaging, etc.
