Month-End Activities

- Review Month End Activities performed by HP (outsourcing) such as:

- Ensure HP’s Monitoring of GR\IR report at month end to ensure PO closed correctly

- Review Journal entries and analysis on Returnable Bottles, Pallets, Stats Upload, Container liabilities, Benefits Accrual, Purchase Price Variance and Overhead allocation entries.

- Oversee Reconciliations done by HP such as:

- Monthly reconciliation of Excise tax in inventory

- Reconciliation of container liability accounts

- Reconciliation of regional inventory balances

- Reconciliation of over\under absorption of overheads by rate and volume

Standard Cost Budget and Monthly Latest Estimate

- Leading the standard cost budget process for the region

- Analysis of year over changes in raw materials, labour and overhead costs for accuracy and completeness

- Working with Operations to ensure all BOM’s and Routers are current and up to date prior to cost roll ups

- Roll up of all standard costs for regions and year over year analysis of changes

- Preparation of Standard Cost package for regions

- Perform a monthly latest estimate of Balance Sheet and P&L Accounts such as Inventory, Pallets, Bottles, Accruals, Container Liabilities, Benefits.
