Florida: Division Sales Manager

Our Industry Leading Beverage Company Client is seeking a Division Sales Manager for the Florida Region.

The Division Sales Manager’s (DSM) main priority is developing and coaching their team of Distributor Managers and developing influential relationships with General Managers and owners of Key Distributor Partners (DPs).

Key responsibilities include: communicating strategic priorities; driving and managing key initiatives; developing systems to track and measure KPI execution; monitoring sales/POS progress against business plans; and coaching DPMs to achieve their specific goals.

1. Creating Alignment with Distributor Partner network
a) Develops communication schedule to explain and implement business strategies and initiatives
i. Develops communication process to ensure proper alignment and understanding of strategies and goals
ii. Implements systems to track and benchmark DPs against key initiatives/goals
b) Leads communication and education of key initiatives with team
i. Lead training sessions on key initiatives and general job skill development
c) Establishes and manages clear set of KPIs.
