UK: Tele Account Manager

As a Tele-Account Manager you will be responsible for providing sales and customer service of the highest quality for a large number of accounts within the ‘free on trade’ sector, capturing and maximising weekly orders and dealing with any queries to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

When you join us as a Tele-Account Manager you will:

• Take weekly orders, selling and advising on products and promotions where appropriate
• Work closely with account managers in order to grow existing accounts and new business
• Contact all accounts at agreed time to ensure that sales to the outlet are captured and maximised
• Establish a close working liaison with all internal functions (Trade Team, Technical Services, Marketing etc.) so that the customer receives excellent customer service and fully appreciates doing business with Coors Brewers’ National Sales team.
