We are currently looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead the HR function at our Kenosha, WI beverage plant. This beverage manufacturing facility is one of the largest facilities in the Ocean Spray Cooperative – 425k square feet with multiple business units producing beverage and cranberry sauce. This is a unionized 24X7 facility that employs approximately 280 people.

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing vision, leadership, planning, project coordination, and management for the development of a cost-effective HR program. They will be responsible for analyzing and directing all functional related activities within the scope of Human Resources Management: staffing, compensation, employee relations, training, legal compliance and reporting. The HR Manager reports directly to the Plant Manager and is accountable for all direct reports, with dotted line accountability for all other employees including hourly, salaried and salaried non-exempt.
