Australia: National Accounts Manager


The role will have accountability for shaping, influencing and ensuring the principles of Business Performance Management and Decision Processes are executed in managing the National Account.· It is essential that this role collaborates with the National Account Managers for Woolworth’s Freestanding and Dan Murphys and with State Key Account Managers and Field Sales Managers in order to facilitate search and spin, strong field execution and to continuously input to the development of the team/business culture.· The achievement of trading profit aspirations, value and equity through executing the strategy in the National Account must be actively championed.· Balance the internal needs with those of the WW customer which may at times be conflicting

· Responsible for agreeing and implementing promotional and GAME activity in association with NAM Freestanding which delivers the Woolworths AOP· Own the Customer supply engagement agenda for the team· Drive the WWL agenda across the Diageo business positively influencing marketing, customer marketing and supply.· Key member of the Diageo National Accounts ‘One Team’ and responsible for developing and upholding the National Accounts Charter· Provide a strong role model for National Account Managers and positively influence the Diageo NAM/KAM community.
