Cakebread Cellars, the Rutherford-based Napa Valley premium winery, seeks to add a talented and professional Guest & Member Services Manager to our team.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing, training and developing a high performing sales and customer service team; growing the Wine Club membership and developing new themes/ideas for wine club events; developing and producing direct sales promotional materials to support the Visitor Center and wine club events; managing consumer direct orders, wine club sales and inventory; designing systems for the collection, maintenance, analysis and reporting of customer purchase behaviors; teaching and providing exceptional service recovery when needed with dissatisfied customers; designing, implementing and evaluating consumer testing programs; keeping current with all direct shipping states wine allotments and restrictions; acting as a sales agent for local Napa Valley wholesale customers; coordinating the fulfillment of Wine Club shipments; instilling Cakebread Cellars’ values within the division and supporting the winery’s green business goals.
