Purpose:
Ensure that our orders are placed in a timely fashion with our suppliers to meet forecasted supply and demand needs. Manage physical inventory for our multiple warehouses.

Responsibilities/ Duties:
Listed below are- but not limited to- the typical duties and responsibilities of this position.
- Provide customer service to all suppliers and customers.
- Communicate and work with sales team to forecast supply and demand needs.
- Manage cost-effective order consolidation.
- Accurate tracking of all orders placed.
- Accurate tracking of all vintage changes.
- Accurate inventory count for all goods warehoused here and abroad.
- Issue PO’s as directed by Purchasing Manager.
- Maintain the product database.
