Requirements and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Strong knowledge and understanding of electrical support equipment and programming
- Supervisory experience in manufacturing environment preferred
- Working knowledge in preventative maintenance programs
- Ability to manage budget, drive cost savings and champion cost control initiatives
- Excellent communication, planning, analyzing, influencing and organization skills
- Strong ability to set, monitor, drive and meet goals
- Willing to relocate for promotional opportunities
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety program
- Provide direction, coaching and counseling to production and maintenance Team Members
- Work closely with the Management Team to maintain a safe and highly efficient manufacturing environment
- Set standards and implement all maintenance in area of responsibility
- Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures and insure compliance
- Supervise housekeeping and sanitation in area
- Develop and manage a budget to meet goals
- Drive process improvement initiatives
