Nestle Waters North America’s Direct Delivery division generates approximately $700 million in annual revenue and directly services nearly 1.4 million residential and commercial customers across major metropolitan areas of the U.S. Primary products/services include regular delivery of 3 and 5-gallon bottled water in returnable packages, rental and sale of electric and non-electric water dispensers, and a host of complementary products including single-serve bottled water in case packs, coffee, and cups. The Direct Delivery business includes over 3,500 sales, delivery, warehouse, bottling, customer service, and administrative employees, supports over 65 bottling and distribution facilities, and manages a fleet of over 2,000 commercial and industrial vehicles.

Job Summary:

Reporting to the National Fleet Manager Direct Delivery Division, the Fleet Process Improvement Manager develops, analyzes, and implements best practices across the business and tests new technologies. This position will work closely with field operations, logistics, fleet, and transportation leaders as well as with external vendors. The position will be located in the Northeast (preferably New Jersey) and requires extensive travel across the U.S. and Canada.

Specific Responsibilities:

Develop new fleet initiatives and coordinate implementation across HOD business
Work with internal Transportation department to identify and leverage cost-saving opportunities
Work with vendors and other external partners to identify and develop new ideas, technologies, and best practices
Develop metrics to measure effectiveness of initiatives and national programs
Participate as member of National Logistics Team to ensure alignment of initiatives across business.
