Primary Responsibilities

• Make initial calls, monitor and audit all general liability and property claims to the third party administration (TPA) company and local council to minimize costs
• Monitor and assist with legal aspects of litigated general liability, work comp and property claims
• Review all general liability reports, maintain records and filing
• Review and research ride incidents through use of Encore and serve as a member of the Park Ride Safety Committees
• Develop all requests to produce and interrogatory answers on liability litigated files
• Attend all depositions, mediations, hearings and trials for Busch Gardens Tampa and Adventure Island
• Attend meetings, seminars and workshops related to Risk Management
• Implement training and provide assistance for in park accident investigations
• Conduct monthly park inspections and follow up of corrective actions
