Florida: Route Sales Representative

The Route Sales Representative is the primary point of contact between the company and our customers and requires a fundamental commitment to providing exceptional personalized service that ensures customer retention.

Sales Execution
Responsible for leveraging existing customer base to upsell
Responsible to establish a network of contact for sales opportunities
Ability to organize leads and follow up with potential customers
Ability to achieve monthly cup and small package distribution goals
Delivery Execution
Delivering correct product on scheduled delivery days to all customers
Maintenance of necessary delivery information on all accounts
Anticipation of customer needs
Prompt response to all special service requests or needs
Courteous, kind, and friendly during the execution of the delivery process
Updating incomplete service orders
Team Execution
Ability to support team with decisions and support when needed
Ability and willingness to communicate and participate within team
Ability to problem solve and manage conflict within a team.
