Mexico: Customer Marketing Jr Analyst On Trade


Implement On Trade Category/Brands / Channel strategy & plans through the Sales teams that will drive growth.

Support the CMO organization targeting the right shoppers/drinkers in the right outlets with the right initiatives, with the right brands & the right messages within on trade channel.


1.-Develop category/channel strategy & plans to drive growth in Channels =n and Off

Help develop exceptional understanding of the Category, Shopper & Channel for the whole Customer
marketing team as input to Category/Channel strategy & plans.

Assist the Category/Brand /Channel Marketing Manager in developing the total On Trade Channel
assessment .

Ensure that the cycle brief activities are implemented with excellence trough the in the Sales teams monitoring, tracking and coordinating performance.

2.-From those plans, lead Category/Channel initiatives from conception to market

Support insights & barriers identification

Ensure that initiatives, goal & key performance Indicators are delivered

Lead initiative implementation in on trade channel

Engage customers

Help Identify channel targets for initiative & Business Unit allocations

Develop and own the delivery of the initiative to market through the Sales and On trade teams working in partnership with marketing and procurement teams

Own the execution of the Measure & Evaluation process ensures learning’s from all activities are fed into our activity and planning cycle

3.-Deliver best practice consultation to Customer & Marketing Teams on shopper, channel & customer needs

Support the development of merchandising guidelines/direction, including permanent POP/visibility materials display recommendations, and work with CATMAN to develop category solutions to our Key accounts in line with POP Vision & Objectives and brand vision & objectives.
