Primary Responsibilities
- Provide consultation to wholesaler principals and equity managers on all issues relating to facilities and operations.
- Develop schematic plans, construction guidelines, and bid documents for a new facility or facility expansion for wholesaler clients.
- Advise wholesaler clients on methods to maximize facility utilization and construction investment through innovative technologies.
- Use knowledge of various wholesaler sales, operating and delivery strategies to evaluate their impact on facility design and warehouse utilization.
- Manage all aspects of project bidding for wholesaler clients, including qualification of bidders, bid analysis, and evaluation of process and costs.
- Conduct in-depth Operations Assessments for wholesaler clients to identify and recommend cost savings opportunities in operations and utilities.
