Netherlands: Accounts Support


This role is part of the Netherlands sales team.

Market Complexity

Diageo Benelux consists of 3 countries – Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg. We have offices in Brussels & Amsterdam. We operate as one team over the different markets. Luxembourg is serviced partially through a distributor (On Trade), partially in direct through our own organisation in Belgium.

Purpose of Role

Facilitates the Netherlands sales team (focus on National account managers, business development manager and sales manager) to ensure all processes are being executed flawlessly and the sales people can focus on value creation with their accounts.

Top accountabilties

·Act as back office in all operational issues (product sheets, logistics, finance) ;
·Prepare account presentations and make/facilitate account analyses by cooperating directly with customer marketing ;
·Support National Account Managers in improving the cash flow of accounts (facilite pricing process, solve price issues, make sure payment behavior of accounts improves);
·Be first point of contact for account with regards to all operational issues (pricing, product information, etc).
