Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
• Lead in the development and implementation of brand strategic vision, goals and brand plans.
• Keep abreast of consumer and industry trends to develop powerful consumer insights, brand messaging, programming, packaging and product innovation.
• Develop Innovation strategy on key brand platform/s and lead marketing program development from inception to launch including, but not limited to, consumer research, packaging, media & advertising.
• Work with cross functional team of brand, creative, lifestyle marketing, sales and operations to support development and execution of national and local retail programs, including partnership marketing.
• Lead process of analyzing market trends, syndicated data and consumer research to track performance of the brand to inform sales and marketing team decisions.
• Develop briefs for creative projects (e.g., primary/secondary packaging, label copy, hard/soft pos, website, advertising, etc.) and provide feedback on creative output to ensure it supports brand strategy.
