ENSURE A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF THE CONSUMER AND RETAILER BASE IN THE ASIAN MARKET.

WORK WITH MANAGEMENT TO FULLFILL THE COMPANY’S ETHNIC MARKET PLAN.

COMPLETE EMPLOYEE SELF ASSESSMENT AND UPDATE INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN THROUGH W.I.L. (DONE WITH THE SUPERVISION OF THEIR TEAM LEADER EACH YEAR OF EMPLOYMENT)

MAINTAIN AN ACCOUNT CALL FREQUENCY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AB EQUITY AGREEMENT.

MERCHANDISE ACCOUNTS AS NEEDED DURING THE DAILY COURSE OF BUSINESS.

PRE WRITE ORDERS FOR ON AND OFF PREMISE  ACCOUNTS.

MAINTAIN PROPER ROTATION OF PRODUCT TO INSURE PRODUCT QUALITY AS PER THE COMPANY POLICY. (SHELF, DISPLAY, AND BACKSTOCK AREAS.)

MAINTAIN PROPER COMMUNICATION WITH TEAM LEADER AS TO MARKET CHANGES, OPPORTUNITIES, AND COMPETITIVE ACTIVIY WITH IN HIS OR HER SALES TERRITORY.

MAINTAIN PROPER COMMUNICATION WITH BOTH DELIVERY AND MERCHANDISING RESOURCES THAT SUPPORT HIS OR HER SALES EFFORTS.

MAINTAIN ALL SALES AND MERCHANDISING STANDARDS AS COMMUNICATED BY MANAGEMENT.

MAINTAIN DISTRIBUTION LEVELS ON ALL PRODUCTS EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN THE COMPETITION.

MAINTAIN PROPER SHELF SPACE IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR CURRENT MARKET SHARE, MARKET GOALS, AND COOLER OR SHELF SCHEMATICS.
