Shanghai: Region Maketing Manager

Responsible for brand management and brand activity planning for the regions which are in line with company strategy.

Activation Management (50%):
• Align with Div Marketing and bottler headquarter on program direction
• Develop region activation toolkits based on local insight with relevant promotion mechanisms, property identification and activation, events and channel proposals, POP materials and PR programs.
• Activation support of bottler execution planning.
• Track execution and review
• Best practice sharing

Brand Management (30%)
• Manage brand healthy development which is in line with division brand direction.
• Protect and enhance trade-mark usage and standards on all packaging and advertising materials, providing bottler, agencies and suppliers with appropriate guidelines and guidebooks.
• Monitor, analyze and report on agency and suppliers’ performance and cost.
• Support creation of value added brand properties through development of initiatives with key customers and strategic partners.
• Manage assigned marketing budget and submit claims to Region Office.

Accelerate Volume & Share Growth (20%)
• Identify opportunities directed towards achieving incremental volume and share growth. Lead the development and coordination of new/existing products and package initiative.
• Develop and manage launch & roll-out new initiative in region territory. Provide operation plan and tracking report in coordination with bottler headquarter and MDM.
