Spain: Energy Drink Brand Manager

Burn TM (Burn & Burn Day)
* Support the development of Energy drinks strategy
* Lead the development & implementation of key marketing plans to deliver volume, profit and share targets for energy drinks portfolio

* Lead, develop & implement key marketing plans

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

For Burn TM
Opportunity Assessment: Monitoring of energy drinks market, shopper and consumer to identify and prioritize sustainable growth business opportunities for Burn TM
Brand Strategies: Help to define & develop strategic paths with local relevance and EUG alignment to capture identified opportunities, while building System commitment (Other KO areas and Bottlers).
Brand Plans: Design and implementation of Marketing Plans managing all variables of an integrated program, including participant alignment: IMC, Customers, Technical, Finance, PAC and Bottlers to ensure excellence and timely execution.
Tracking and brand performance analysis: Ensure discipline on programs evaluation through success metrics criteria to allow learning development and continuous improvement on brand business performance.
Business orientation:Accountable for Brand P&L (volume, contribution and DME management) to reassure OI targets for ED portfolio.
Multi-functional / KO Projects: Support the EUG innovation charter project development.

For Tab Energy
1. Lead the development of key plans to address consumer & market opportunities.

SUCCESS CRITERIA:

• Work requires the analysis of information where the decision / action taken would establish precedent or major change to current operations.
• Work requires the identification and resolution of important, complex strategic and operating problems requiring extensive cross-functional support and creativity to develop innovative solutions.
