Switzerland: Global Strategic Projects & Insight Director

1. Strategic Projects:
- Enhancement of our key strategic Value Mapping approach to driving greater return on marketing investments by prioritizing resource investments in markets/ channels that deliver (or have potential to deliver) the greatest return for our business through:
- increased focus against consumer mapping & CBL data
- refinement of model for increased accuracy & reliability
- consistency across zones
- process for update & adjustment/ reprioritization
- Manage integration of key strategic global projects over the next 2 years, including commercialization of enhanced intrinsic core, and phased execution of new CCI (with full IMC)
- Lead internal cultural drive focused on achieving ‘best in class’ productivity levels of DME and OPEX that factor both opportunity and challenge inherent within the JV, including:
- Being selective & disciplined with resource allocation towards driving DMI productivity against
optimized set of investment vehicles
- Leveraging system scale & synergy at Global/Zone/Market level
- Build the right capabilities and embedding a culture of productivity
- Create a relevant benchmarking system to measure performance standard and targets against
- Driving cross organizational synergies and streamline operating processes by leveraging the core capabilities of Nestle & TCCC
- Lead upgrade of existing KBI dashboard
2. Global Insights:
- Lead identification and validation of consumer mapped opportunities (global/ key markets) by leveraging consumer research in order to identify new sources of volume and value growth
- Monitor external global studies to ensure the organization effectively internalizes trends on consumer attitudes, lifestyles and demographics
- Acts as point of contact for Corporate K&I community in parent companies and global Research Agencies and establish more effective knowledge sharing with the two parent companies.
