Tennessee: State Manager


Southeast company searching for an energetic and motivated Manager to drive volume of our portfolio in the AR & TN market. We are a multiple State company representing Wine and Spirit companies.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Develop, implement, and execute sales programs and pricing strategies to achieve company goals
* Build and maintain close working relationships with distributor sales and management personnel
* Build and maintain close working relationships with key on and off premise accounts in each market
* Work market with distributor sales personnel and field managers
* Conduct trade tastings and educational seminars as appropriate
* Conduct planning / business review meetings with distributors each quarter
* Manage distributors
* Monitor competitive set
* Recognize problems and opportunities within the region and develop plans to capitalize or minimize impact
