Texas: Production Development Manager
Contributes by working together with Marketing and Supply Chain colleagues to develop new beverages for DPSG that consumers will love.
External Responsibilities
- Strong product development manager and developer who will lead cross-functional teams to bring new products to the marketplace: Influences business partners,
- Marketing and Supply Chain, to drive project agenda.
- Provides broad thinking to project technical tracks and business opportunities.
- Leads a team of Product Developers and develops new beverages and fruit sauces from bench top through commercialization in response to the IPM Business briefs.
- Develop project budget and timelines for each project. Applications of the knowledge of properties & interactions of raw materials to the development & manufacturing of new products and improvement of existing products.
- Development of processing and manufacturing standards for new and existing products.
- Accountable for overall documentation and communication of formula for assigned brands.
