Primary Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise maintenance personnel.
• Develop, coordinate and direct preventive maintenance programs.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous line efficiency.
• Coordinate and supervise contractor work and projects.
• Support Engineering Department with design and implementation of capital projects.
• Develop and implement department training programs and SOP’s.
• Support all plant safety, environmental and housekeeping standards.
• Direct facilities management activities and unplanned downtime repairs.
