UK: Compensation & Benefit Specialist


The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will report to the UK HR Consultant and work closely with the Global Head of Compensation and Benefits.

Core requirements are to manage the UK benefit programmes, provide technical expertise on benefit packages, ensure policies and standards are competitive, carry out research into and analyse the effectiveness of benefit programmes, make recommendations, and project manage solutions meeting business objects arising from those recommendations.

Further responsibilities include liaison and management of 3rd party suppliers, budget management and control, communication, and training.

The role also provides support to a population of 250-300 employees in all areas of Benefits including pension schemes and all health insurance schemes. It also provides support with job evaluation, bonuses, salary reviews, survey submissions and analysis.
