UK: Credit & Rent Controller
The role of a Credit & Rent Controller is to ensure that all departmental KPI’s are met, (Cash collection, CWO, direct debits, debtor days & overdue debt)
To apply SNPE credit control policy at all times, to apply agreed Pub group procedures when appropriate. To ensure that all customer queries regarding Credit Control are resolved promptly.
You will be responsible for proactive cash collection as well as chasing overdue payments on two levels, both for rent and trade. You’ll carry out risk assessments and debt collection, including liaising with our legal department for support. Furthermore you’ll work closely with Sales Managers, an Operations Director and the immediate team.
As dealing with customers will be your main focus, we are looking for candidates with previous experience in Credit Control preferably from a commercial environment. To be successful in this role you’ll be very organised, proactive and willing to take on responsibility since we work on extensive numbers of orders a day with daily deadlines.
