If you’re a human resources expert living in North Yorkshire, then Coors Brewers has a challenging HR role that you’ll want to make your own.

As an HR Manager with Coors, you’ll drive the design of employee relations strategies within the sales and supply chain areas of our internationally renowned FMCG business.

This role will see you travelling across the northern region and liaising with key stakeholders, so you’ll need the versatility and relationship management skills to do that effectively.

When you join us as an HR Manager you will:

• Managing employee relations and consultation within our recently acquired distribution network and unionised brewery
• Work with senior management to build on the business agenda and shape organisational design
• Drive a succession planning agenda using creative methods that match company needs
• Lead the development of a culture change programme across the region
• Work alongside key stakeholders to shape employee relations strategy for the region .
