UK: Shift Manager
Royal Brewery first produced beer in 1800’s. Today the site produces 3.2 million hectolitres of beer and some of our key brands include Fosters and Kronenbourg. We are a strategic part of the business within the UK due to our growth and success of our brands and future plans within Heineken.
Following on from the £8 Million investment upgrading the canning line, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Shift Manager at our Royal Brewery site based in Manchester. This is an opportunity to lead and manage one of our canning teams in our continued drive towards increased volumes.
You will be responsible for leading, motivating and engaging a team of operators and technical team members to deliver the operational and quality requirements of the department, and the site.
