Group Strategy & Planning is SAB Miller’s strategic development and corporate planning team. While many individual SAB Miller businesses have staff dedicated to business unit-specific strategic issues, this team specifically focuses on Group-wide challenges and Group strategy and planning requirements. As SAB Miller has grown into a global brewer, the competitive imperative to think and act strategically as a Group has grown in importance. Catalysing and driving that change is the central remit of the Group Strategy & Planning team.

Key Purpose Statement

One of the key deliverables of the Group Strategy & Planning team is robust analysis of global consumer, competitor, and industry trends, in support of both Divisional / Operating Co. strategy development as well as Group-level corporate strategy development.
