UK: Supply Chain


• Manage the day-to-day operational process (Order-to-Invoice) for the Away From Home Other customers, meeting all reporting and task orientated deadlines.

• Proactively communicate all issues on stock shortages and deliveries, investigating where problems arise to find a satisfactory solution in a timely and appropriate manner.

• Be the principal contact for the key account supply chain contacts, helping to resolve all queries from order to delivery by actively liaising with Haulier Management Company, NEDC and the rest of Supply Chain.

• Make recommendations and help implement initiatives to improve Customer Service and Supply Chain performance.

• Liaise with Sales, Logistics and Customer to ensure implementation of all new packs/listings doesn’t disrupt the order process or have an adverse impact on service levels.

• Daily operational management of any promotional activity.  Liaising closely with Sales to ensure smooth implementation of promotions through effective management of buy-in’s and phasing.
