UK: Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays an integral role within the plc HR function through:
• Managing proactive talent searches to fill critical vacancies as well as developing pipeline talent across the organisation
• Advancing the use of new and innovative direct sourcing methods of recruitment and increasing Manager capability through ongoing coaching and workshops
Outputs and Accountabilities
Recruitment Best Practice
• Management and continuous enhancement of the Recruitment and Selection process in line with industry best practice and UK legislation
• Significantly reduce the time to hire and costs
• Utilisation of Direct Sourcing Methodology to continue SAB Miller Plc’s non-reliance on agencies
• Entrenching robust selection/interviewing processes to ensure recruitment of the “right” talent across the business
• Continuously researching, developing and implementing new methods into the Group ISM process
Recruitment Projects
• Management of Plc from job specification development through to successful negotiation and placement of suitable candidates using the full repertoire of recruitment methods.
• Working with senior management to develop and implement sourcing projects in line with Group strategic and objectives
• High-level networking activities in relevant industries and functional sectors in the development of a high potential talent pool for pro-active placement into the organisation.
