UK: Telemaketing Executive
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within First Point for a Telemarketing Executive, responsible for telemarketing campaigns and their success, driving specific sales campaigns and other telemarketing activities.
Your main focus will be to ensure excellence through sales and service measurements across the telemarketing activities. In order for you to achieve this success you will be tasked with the following:
- To provide exceptional sales skills through telemarketing activities, delivering campaigns to driving additional growth in revenue
- To collate accurate information requested through telemarketing campaigns.
- Managing outbound and inbound sales generation, utilising selling skills to implement promotional sales activity that supports the additional growth in revenue.
- To use ‘personal authority’ to take commercial decisions which support the ‘on the spot’ resolution of customer issues
- Take on additional projects or specialist areas within business requirements.
- Work with other Telemarketing Executives to develop and deliver Best Team Behaviours and share ideas across the trading areas.
- Managing outbound and inbound sales generation, utilising selling skills to implement promotional sales activity that supports the additional growth in revenue.
- To act as Ambassador for the First Point and the Telemarketing Team and gain sales both internally and externally.
- Capturing and reporting on campaign measurement data and communicate analysis to Telemarketing Manager
