  • This position reports to the Global VP People Development & Business Excellence, and is a key resource for Anheuser-Busch InBev ensuring continuous improvement of business results and excellence in execution.
  • Global governance of the Target Setting and Cascading (TSC) process through definition of policies, procedures and standards. The responsibilities include: Ensure that the company strategies are translated in short term and long term targets and initiatives; Manage the TSC process for the top executive levels, and ensure that they are cascaded to the levels below; Ensure the TSC process is implemented in all operational zones, providing training, and guaranteeing that milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Identify and propose solutions for smart key performance indicator definitions when needed for all business areas.
  • Develop and implement tools and methodologies to support the organization in target achievement and improvement. The responsibilities include: Follow-up on the status of the key company projects by applying project management methodologies; Responsible for the green and black belt programs: select the external methodology providers, validate the projects and candidates, follow-up on the progress of the projects, and validate the certification.
  • Run the target appraisal process of the top executives, monitor the status of their targets on a regular basis, and guarantee alignment in the final assessment.
  • Globally responsible for the Anheuser-Busch InBev Management System, ensuring that employees have the needed analytical and problem solving capabilities to achieve their targets. Responsibilities include: Identify the gaps in method knowledge and define the training strategy to close the gaps; Benchmark externally in the areas of method and management systems and implement best practices; Follow-up on the routine review process and performance review process, guaranteeing the discipline of the process.
  • Global governance of the excellence programs (definition of methodologies and procedures that should be followed across functions in the whole organization). The responsibilities include: Define the rules, regulations, execution and recognition excellence programs guidelines; Support the implementation of the programs in the functions; Develop the content for the Human Resources and management pillars that are part of all excellence programs; Evaluate the sustainability for the excellence programs.
