– Execution targets %
– Callage & Coverage targets %
– Trading Terms compliance %
Market Complexity –
– Works with 3rd party Merchandiser and Telesales resources to fulfil brand building objectives
Leadership Responsibilities –
– Ability to lead and work with a merchandiser support
– Thrives in working in a small team reporting to a field sales manager
– Demonstrates the ability to work with a diverse range of customers from the off-trade and on-trade market
– Builds strong network within the state business unit
– Represents Diageo and it brands professionally and authentically
Purpose of Role:
To effectively manage and develop accounts in order to deliver the profit, volume, sales driver and Diageo brand building objectives expressed in the commercial plan and customer terms.
