Very few companies have a portfolio of wines or a vibrant wine culture like Foster’s. We are shaping our wine business for the future and are looking for a select few, who have a passion for wine equal to ours, to join our team in Victoria.

We produce, market and distribute an unrivalled portfolio of wines including our market leaders Penfolds, Wolf Blass, Rosemount and Lindemans as well as our more boutique brands including Coldstream Hills, T’Gallant, Leo Buring, Secret Stone and Heemskerk.

We are currently seeking a high achieving influential Manager with outstanding coaching and sales leadership capabilities to join our Victoria/Tasmania Sales team in the role of Regional Manager – Sales Excellence at our Southbank office.

Sales Excellence is an innovative business effectiveness initiative that a). delivers growth to the business through continuous improvement in sales techniques, tools and processes, and b). builds a high performance sales culture and sales organisation capability.

For this opportunity you will be responsible for contributing to the development of world class best practice initiatives and, their successful implementation in the business. Through coaching our professional team of business leaders you will ensure the successful rollout and adoption of Foster’s Sales Excellence national frameworks, tools, and processes that are dedicated to sustainable continuous improvement.
