Australia: State Manager

This key leadership role will lead the sales team to deliver the agreed annual CUB business objectives for the SA and NT region. As a focal point for strategic and tactical customer interaction, you will respond to challenges proactively, whilst providing direction on the management of local customers, including the oversight of key accounts within the region. A leader in driving cultural change and fostering high performance culture, you will also promote collaboration across Sales and relevant functions (customer/consumer marketing, supply chain etc.) to ensure optimum deployment of resources and talents in delivering superior service to our customers.

A proven track record in Sales Leadership within the FMCG sector will be complemented by your relevant Degree qualifications (post grad preferred). You’ll possess exemplary relationship skills and strong commercial awareness, with the ability to quickly build and develop key business and operational relationships.
