Responsible for all shipping and invoicing to all wholesale customers of the winery. This includes licensing and shipping requirements to all state and government agencies that require reporting and/or tax payment, including TTB. Also creates all credit memos for sales programs and bill backs as well as depletion reports. Responsible for all sales and inventory reporting.

Job Requirements:

•Reports to: Director of Sales and Marketing & Controller
•Supervises: A/R & Shipping Assistant.
•Work schedule: Full Time
•Computer skills: Above average knowledge of spreadsheets and word-processing (Microsoft environment) and ability to work in Inventory and A/R Systems (WIMS).
•Experience/education required: At least a two year Associates degree in Business or Accounting, plus a minimum of 4 yrs working experience with shipping and inventory control; wine industry preferred.
