California: Customer Service Technicians

Position Overview:

Customer Service Technicians are responsible for reactive and scheduled service beverage dispensing equipment. They are also responsible for maintaining an accurate parts inventory on their Company vehicle.
Customer Service Technicians spend approximately 30% of time driving a Company vehicle, 65% of time on-site at restaurants and food service establishments, and 5 % of time in classroom or meeting room facilities.

Function Specific Activities:

    Calibrate and/or adjust equipment (e.g., check ratio) to meet or
    exceed performance criteria and maximize business results.
    Maintain tools, equipment (e.g., plant equipment), and Company assets
    in good condition in order to ensure effective response to mechanical
    or technical problems.
    Provide technical assessment of equipment to determine what components
    should be repaired or replaced to maximize equipment performance.
    Provide equipment repair services in customer outlets and/or via
    telephone for CCNAF customers through working with CCNAF support
    systems and personnel and the use of CCNAF technical training to meet
    or exceed customer cost, quality and speed specifications.
    Troubleshoot equipment issues (e.g., beverage vending, dispensing) via
    telephone in order to minimize customer down time and service cost.

Provide technical advice for customers, business partners and Company
associates in order to teach, provide expertise or validate
equipment/parts or processes.
