
The overall responsibility of the Hispanic Sales Representative is to execute MillerCoors’ Hispanic sales and marketing strategy at the local level for both the on-premise and off-premise channels.
Following are some of the core responsibilities of the Hispanic Sales Representative:
Distributor sales and relationship development
Responsible for selling products, packages, promotions and programs to specific accounts across all channels
Responsible for improving sales performance of assigned accounts with emphasis on targeted product(s)
Work closely with MillerCoors Sales Manager – Hispanic Markets to drive customer and solution based selling with Distributors in local market
Provide insight and value added solutions to both Distributor and Retail partners
Business Analysis and Collaborative Planning
Works closely with MillerCoors Sales Manager-Hispanic Markets and assigned Distributors to develop annual Distributor Business Plan
Identify opportunities for increased efficiency with our Distributor and Retail partners
In-Market Execution
Manage the execution of retail sales standards and goals for assigned accounts and Distributor partners
Schedule and execute promotional and experiential events with assigned accounts
Work closely with the MillerCoors Sales Manager-Hispanic Markets to further develop MillerCoors portfolio of brands(identifying and prioritizing brand building opportunities for each assigned distributor.
Work closely with Distributor sales teams against assigned accounts – ‘ride alongs’
