California: Regional Chain Manager

Responsible for achieving company objectives for sales and distribution in retail chains for the Southeast zone. Works with distributor and FWE’s USA personnel to establish strong portfolio presence at chain headquarter level in order to maximize opportunities for sales and distribution.

Key Decision Making in this Role: (What are the key decisions made in this role?)

– Decisions affecting packaging design, product supply, inventory management, label approvals, product development
– Problem solving decisions based upon global marketing requirements (financial and operational)
– Decisions on brand activities that contribute to the global brand vision

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

– Facilitate the development of the National and Local Trade Marketing Strategy: This includes:
– Development of local marketing plans that allocate resources to drive:
– Market share
– Distribution
– Volume
– Profitability
– Establish Trade Channel strategies and Distributor segmentation models
– Coordinate the annual sales planning process, ensuring new programs are aligned with broader brand strategies and allocating resources against key business opportunities to deliver Zone sales goals.
